 We are the approved UK provider of the Cognitive Process Profile (CPP) which measures a person's capacity to deal with volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) and suggests development areas. In todays turbulent business environment senior executives can find themselves 'in over their heads' if they have insufficient capacity to deal with VUCA. They can get stressed and their judgement become impaired. We can assess candidates for their capacity to cope in a new role to avoid them de-railing themselves or, at worse, their organisation.
