Supply and demand i.e. job seekers, employees and employers are automatically aligned based on personal requirements, training, skills and general and job domain specific experience. This alignment, matching, is based on assessments by an intelligent automated matching technique (bi-directional and uni-directional). iNovirsa is an agent, matchmaker, broker between the parties and brings parties without physical intervention with each other in contact. iNovirsa can also be used by individuals to get a valued snapshot of them without the need that the person is looking for a new position. The employer can use iNovirsa within his company in order to grasp the skills of employees and use iNovirsa for right placement, mobility, development, strategic staffing and retention.
