RCEuro is continuing its series of conversations with Recruitment Thought Leaders. This series will be comprised of 10 minute video (or sometimes audio only) conversations between RCEuro founder Alan Whitford and the interview subject.

We are speaking today with Director of Resourcing Effectivity at Lompiaire Ltd, Isaelle Hung, who works with companies that believe developing and understanding their Resourcing Effectivity© is the key to a successful future. With over fifteen years within the Resourcing and Recruitment industry, Isabelle has designed and implemented some of the UK's most innovative and successful resourcing solutions. She is one of the few resourcing professionals that has 360 degree experience of all disciplines, from contingency to search, PR to recruitment advertising and RPO to in-house.

Delivering digital e-Recruitment through to behavioural selection techniques, Lompiaire works with the objective of ensuring each project provides its clients with a transfer of knowledge that enhances their teams skills and development. Isabelle previously held positions as Head of Resourcing and Graduate Programmes at Harrods Ltd, Head of National Resourcing at Yell and UK Recruitment Manager at Monster Worldwide.

Isabelle attended SRCONF 2010 and will join us again at SRCONF 2011, where her insightful questions and extensive experience will add real value to the day's discussions - and keep our speakers on their toes.
