How working with www.paginglist.com you could double the size of your work force and cut your costs PDF Print E-mail
Written by Chris Smith

Paginglist.com, the Paging Tag company, which delivers a way of managing your personal number in the public domain, will soon be launching Virtual Resourcers into the recruitment market.

Firstly for those of you yet to hear about paginglist.com here’s some background; through creating a “paging tag” at www.paginglist.com you can speak to your world but on your terms. You stay in absolute control of your connection and need never give out your phone number again.

Currently it’s being used when people are buying items on e-bay and want or need to speak to that person, on dating websites, on gaming sites, on linked-in etc. The whole system is set up around privacy, permission and control. And it works both online and offline.

...Anyway how could this affect recruitment and more importantly what can it mean to recruiters?

It means we can create you any number of Virtual Resourcers for your business that will get on calling candidates and immediately connect you to people who are interested in the job you’re trying to fill.

Which means you’ll be able to do something else; get cracking on resourcing another role, get on capturing new business, go out to a client meeting – quite simply you can choose where to focus you and your teams efforts are best focussed safe in the knowledge that outbound call activity is happening – and most importantly going to the right candidates.

The candidate experience.

· The candidate’s mobile rings

· They answer – a recorded announcement “Hi there, we need an iPhone app developer in Salford Quays, starting in October, £65K + Bens, press *0 and talk to me – thanks Dave from Recruiter Co Limited.”

· Some candidates think “Sounds good” press *0 and immediately speak to Dave

· Other candidates think “Not for me” and hang up

Where it goes to voice mail – it leaves a message and like normal the candidate can call you under their own steam later.

The recruiter’s experience.

· Search the company CV database as normal

· Record a brief job description e.g. “Telesales, mobile contracts, Dudley, £16K + commission, starting Monday, press *0 to talk to me, Jen right now from Recruiter Co Limited.

· Then simply “click” to launch the Virtual Resourcer and do something else of value

· Then from time to time (as the candidates are called by the Virtual Resourcer) the recruiter’s chosen phone rings with pre-briefed and self qualified candidates wanting to know more about the telesales job in Dudley, (and obviously anything else you may have of interest)

What does it cost to implement?
Nothing.

In fact we will pay you to set up a proprietary Virtual Resourcer.

Then if you choose to use it, paged calls will cost you between 4p and 18p per minute; if you choose not then you’ll still receive a commission for each of your candidates who set up a paginglist.com credit account.

This is because we want your candidates to sign up to paginglist.com and use their Paging Tags every time they’re not sure about giving out their personal phone number: on dating sites, in virtual worlds, chat rooms, on eBay and LinkedIn. Because that’s how we make our money: hosted, anonymous phone calls.

How do you get a Virtual Resourcer?
