7th August 2012: Ball and Hoolahan, a specialist marketing services recruitment company, has made significant annual savings since signing an ongoing contract with Bond International Software (www.bondinternationalsoftware.com), the global provider of recruitment & human capital management software & services, to deploy its specialist portfolio of recruitment software applications – Bond Adapt.
Furthermore, Ball and Hoolahan has streamlined its recruitment processes and increased visibility across the business, avoiding duplication of data entry and also reducing the amount of manual administration being carried out by its team
Ball and Hoolahan was founded in 1988, and today its 15 consultants source and place marketing professionals in roles that vary from graduate to director level at blue-chip companies. The company places around 35 candidates per month and had 18,000 active candidates stored in its recruitment database. Prior to the implementation of Bond Adapt, Ball and Hoolahan was using a system that had been designed specifically for executive search companies, which did not provide the flexibility required for its contingency recruitment style of business.
Ball and Hoolahan therefore required a bespoke system that could be configured to meet its constantly changing needs as a business – in particular, improving visibility and efficiency across all processes. Ball and Hoolahan conducted a thorough review of the market, spending a year researching and trialling numerous systems. From its findings, the business concluded that Bond Adapt was the most flexible of software packages, allowing configuration ‘to the nth degree’, as well as being the most cost effective and simple to use software.
In addition to completing many administrative tasks themselves – such as using Bond Adapt to process invoices, thus eliminating the need for additional administrative staff – Ball and Hoolahan has now centralised its entire business infrastructure with Bond Adapt, eliminating the previous risk of errors associated with the duplication and re-entering of candidate, financial, HR and administrative data.
