SilkRoad Welcomes Nearly 120 New Customers Including Aruba Networks,
Provant Health Solutions and NSTAR Global Services

Expanding Existing Customer Implementations - In the first quarter, existing customers, including Microfocus and Trumpet Behavioral Health, added additional solutions to their Life Suite implementations.  Microfocus, a leading global software company, is a long-term OpenHire® and RedCarpet® customer that added SilkRoad's WingSpan® as its performance management system for its global workforce.  Trumpet Behavioral Health, the nation's leading provider of behavioral services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and an OpenHire, RedCarpet and HeartBeat® customer, added WingSpan and Eprise® to streamline its performance management and intranets.      

Industry Recognition - Also in the first quarter, SilkRoad's Point^TM, a social enterprise solution, was one of ten finalists worldwide recognized with a Netexplo 2012 Award for digital innovation.  In addition, SilkRoad's RedCarpet was recognized by the CODiE Awards and OpenHire was recognized by the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards as a leading talent management solution.  SilkRoad's dedicated support team was also honoured with a Stevie Award for its innovative approach to customer service.
