Mark is developing the theme on how and why to use LinkedIn for recruitment.  Refers to Malcolm Gladwell and the Tipping Point frequently.

LinkedIn is defined as a Social Network for a Business Audience, whereas MySpace, Facebook et al are social networks for social use.  (Despite the first presentation from Josh Smith talking about FaceBook as a Recruitment Tool.)
